Being that I'm a music guy and actually have a major in music, I was prepared to be a little dissappointed about this program "musically". I figured it'd be some thing that teaches you how to sign without actually teaching you anything else musically.
I'm happy to say I've been proven wrong. This program does teach you how to sing and is really great for beginners that need to learn.

This program comes with some ebooks and audio things to help you. It also has some software and recording stuff as well.
The Hard Truth:
Learning how to sing is NOT easy and is going to take time and dedication. It's just like learning an instrument. You've got quite some work ahead. And as with learning an instrument the best way is to actually have an instructor. You can, however, use this course to get to a decent level, save a few years of "beginning" lessons" and then get an instructor when you want to advance more.
Since I've got into singing I've found a lot of great information out there that doesn't require a teacher or anything like that. During my search for knowledge, I ran across a great old text on singing and was thrilled by it. It covers how to use your facial expressions, mastering your tongue, the tone emission and attack, and a lot of other great information. It's written by two amazing Italian Singers that were famous when they were around.
Using Singorama with this amazing text will be the best thing you can do to improve your singing. I can bet that singorama probably learned a thing or two from this text!
